Longtime winning bettor. A so called diehard.
Ive started following MMA since 2008 and been a bettor for probably 10-11 years. Ive been betting increasingly larger and larger amount over that span. From 10-20 dollars to where i am at now where 1 unit is 500 dollars.
In terms of my gambling strategy, i would characterise my style as opportunistic and offensive looking for an easy path to victory. Sometimes that will be betting a larger amount on a -230 favourite (although not as often) but in another instance i might choose to do a parlay at 2.0/+100. Often time it will be the opportunities in the market which will decide which path i choose. Im opportunistic, flexible and offensive and i look for any flaw or mistake the bookies make. Some recents flaws the bookies made was Lauren murphy at -200, Tom Breese -200, or Kevin Holland ITD also -200. Or this weekend Yanez ITD at -125 a line which should have been around -250.
My edge is that i bet every weekend, which means i have extensive training and experience analysing and watching tape. Predicting outcomes, predicting closing lines has been a part time job for me for over a decade. MMA is obviously more than just a part time job, its a passion and something i actually love doing. I devote several hours per day to analyze fighters past fights on fightpass, youtube or watching fighter interviews or look for small unnoticeable clues from fighters instagrams.
I keep my unit sizes sensible. I would like everyone to take part. If someone follows me i cant expect them to put 10 unit on some low liquidity prop that no one will be able to bet realistically or having 20-30 units swings up and down on any given event, like i see tipsters doing here. If you buy my picks you will in return get consistent and realistic returns. |
